Rhys Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and quality management within the biotechnology and legal sectors. Currently serving as a Research Associate at the National Conference of Bar Examiners since November 2018, Rhys conducts research related to the Bar Examination and leads grading and quality control efforts. Prior to this role, Rhys worked as a Traveling Center Quality Manager at Grifols USA, LLC, managing compliance and staff development. Rhys also held positions at Talecris Plasma Resources, progressing from Quality Associate II to Donor Processor II, focusing on product quality, compliance audits, and customer relations. Rhys holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies of Business from Illinois State University.
