Setche Kwamu-Nana is a seasoned professional specializing in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Manager at SAY San Diego since September 2021, Setche has successfully established and operationalized EDI strategies while leading a diverse EDI Council. In addition to this role, Setche functions as a Trainer/Facilitator at the National Conflict Resolution Center and provides consultancy services focused on achieving genuine transformation in organizations' IDE practices. Setche is also a columnist for the San Diego Union-Tribune, addressing critical topics in inclusion and equity. Previous roles include serving as a Sr. Diversity & Inclusion Leader at Intuit and a Diversity & Inclusion Project Consultant at Ferdman Consulting. Setche holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Human Resources Management from Alliant International University, and a Master's in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, alongside a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.
