Holly Sullivan Gonzalez is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in conflict resolution, project management, and advocacy. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at the National Conflict Resolution Center since January 2021, Holly has managed over 20,000 cases and contributes to innovative mediation solutions. Prior roles include Environmental Advocacy Manager at San Diego Habitat Conservancy and State Organizing Director for Stand for Children, where strategic oversight and external relations with diverse stakeholders were key responsibilities. Holly also held positions with various nonprofit organizations, including Regional Campaign Director for the Texas Democratic Party and Project Officer at the African Refugee Development Center, where community engagement and advocacy for asylum seekers were emphasized.
