Robert A. Bowen, Jr., MA, SPHR, LTC, USA (Ret.) is an experienced professional in human resources, career coaching, and transition services for veterans, currently serving as a DOL VETS TAP Senior OBTT Facilitator at Serco since January 2023. With a diverse background in conflict resolution as a trainer and certified mediator at the National Conflict Resolution Center, Robert has also held significant roles including Veteran Reintegration Manager at National Veterans Transition Services, Inc., and Director of Human Resources for the Western Region at The GEO Group, Inc. Robert’s educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Management/Human Relations from Webster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies from Fordham University, as well as participation in Seth Godin's altMBA program. With a military background as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve, Robert possesses extensive leadership experience and expertise in helping individuals achieve their career goals.
