Toni Herndon is a seasoned professional in coaching, facilitation, and educational leadership, currently serving as a Contracted IFS Coaching Mentor at IFSCA since August 2020. With extensive experience as an IFS Coach, Integrative Coach, and Transformational Circle Facilitator at WisdomJourneyCoaching.com, Toni focuses on personal empowerment and self-leadership for clients. As a Contracted Corporate Facilitator and Executive Coach at Civility Partners and a Contracted Corporate Trainer at the National Conflict Resolution Center, Toni designs and delivers training programs in leadership, communication, and conflict resolution, both nationally and internationally. Previous roles include Lead Adjunct Faculty at Point Loma Nazarene University and Training Coordinator at San Diego Zoo Global. Toni holds a Doctorate in Educational Practices and Leadership from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, a Master’s in Leadership & Nonprofit Management from the University of San Diego, and an International Security and Conflict Resolution degree from San Diego State University.
