Jackie Lyon

Jackie Lyon is currently the Operations Manager at National Consumer Law Center. Prior to this, Jackie held various roles at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/Metrowest, Inc., including Director of Operations, Director of Marketing & Special Events, and Assistant Director of Marketing & Special Events. Jackie also has experience as an Interview/Match Support Specialist and held positions at Clark University as a Graduate Assistant Event Planner and Administrative Orientation Coordinator. Jackie holds a Master's Degree in Community Development and Planning and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Ethics and Public Policy from Clark University. Additionally, Jackie participated in a Semester Abroad program focused on Sustainability and Community at Stellenbosch University.
