Michelle Deakin is the Chief Communications Officer at National Consumer Law Center. Previously, Michelle held positions such as Director of Communications at Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation and Managing Director, Media Relations & Public Information at Harvard Law School. Michelle has experience as a Senior Editor at the Unitarian Universalist Association and as an author and freelance writer. Deakin has also worked as a Public Relations Consultant and Editor at various companies in the field. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from Williams College.
