Previously, Alaa held positions as Operations Manager at National Container Terminal Co. Ltd (King Abdullah Port), Operational Workforce Manager and Operational Duty Manager at Hutchison Ports, and Shift Manager at Gulf Stevedoring Contracting Co. Ltd. Alaa also has experience as an Operations Supervisor and CLD Executive.
