Faris Mohiar

Faris Mohiar is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and legal counsel. Currently serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance at National Container Terminals since December 2020, Faris has successfully established the Legal and Compliance Department and built a dedicated team to support organizational goals. Prior to this role, Faris held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at GULF STEVEDORING CONTRACTING CO. LTD., overseeing contract management and legal matters for container terminal operations. Additional experience includes a tenure at MEDGULF as Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Complaints & Litigations, where responsibilities included managing disputes and collections, as well as previously working in a personal law firm. Faris holds multiple legal qualifications and certifications, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
