Rob Koester

Rob Koester currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the National Content & Technology Cooperative since July 2025. Prior to this role, Rob held various senior positions at Consolidated Communications from January 1999 to July 2025, including Senior Vice President of Product Management, where responsibilities included leading the go-to-market strategy for the multi-family and small business divisions and managing a cross-functional team serving 500,000 customers. As Director of Broadband Product Management, Rob oversaw a team responsible for a significant portion of the company’s revenue generation, managing a P&L of $550 million. Earlier in the career, Rob directed the broadband product management segment, managing a departmental budget of $7 million and mentoring a team of 27 specialists. Rob Koester earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from Eastern Illinois University between 1998 and 2002.
