Barbara Cales

Barbara Cales has a diverse background in contract analysis, human resources, payroll, and physician fee management, with experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Commission Analyst and formerly as a Contracting Specialist at National Contracting Center since March 2021, Barbara previously contributed to Appalachian Underwriters, Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator from October 2020 to February 2021. Prior roles include Physician Fees Specialist at TeamHealth from October 2016 to October 2020 and Payroll Coordinator at Rock and Coal Construction, Inc. from September 2011 to October 2016. Barbara holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, both obtained from Mountain State University.
