Erin Mercolino-Nigro

Erin Mercolino-Nigro has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Erin began their career in 1997 as a General Manager at Paradise Hotels and held this position until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, Erin worked as a Customer Service Manager at Solstice Day Spa. Erin then transitioned to the food industry and became the General Manager of Grille 16, a premium steakhouse, from 2005 to 2007.

In 2007, Erin joined J Polep Distribution Services, where they took on various roles over the years. Erin started as a Regional Account Manager for the Natural, Organic & Specialty Division, focusing on developing the Specialty Foods segment of their distribution network. From 2010 to 2022, Erin held multiple leadership positions, including Executive Director of Chain and Specialty Sales, Director of Specialty Foods & Chain Sales, and Vice President of Chain and Specialty Sales. In these roles, they built strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and key stakeholders, influencing promotional marketing events and maximizing support opportunities.

Most recently, Erin has been working at National Convenience Distributors since 2019. Erin started as the Director of Chain and Specialty and was then promoted to Senior Director of Chain Sales and Innovation in July 2021.

Erin Mercolino-Nigro attended Antioch University, Santa Barbara, where they studied Communication. Erin also earned an Associate of Science degree in Communication, General from Santa Barbara City College. Additionally, Erin received certification as a Massage Therapist from Spa Tech Institute- Plymouth MA, specializing in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage.
