Susan Farina is the Human Resource Director at Harold Levinson Associates, a Division of National Convenience Distributors. Susan is responsible for labor relations, benefits administration, performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, staff development, disability management and labor compliance.
Prior to her role at National Convenience Distributors, Susan spent 35 years at Newsday, a large newspaper servicing Long Island. At Newsday she gained experience in all facets of Human Resources rising through the ranks to become the HR Director at the paper.
Susan graduated from SUC Brockport with a BS degree and an MS degree in Labor and Industrial Relations at NYIT.
