Diahann M. Smith has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Diahann M. started their career as an HR Assistant at Mitchell & Titus, LLP, where they provided administrative support and assisted in building the HR team. Diahann M. then joined National Cooperative Bank as a Payroll Manager, where they managed payroll processing and maintained HR databases.
