Prior to that, they were the Computer Audit Assistance Group Manager - EDP Audit Specialist at Coopers & Lybrand from 1978 to 1984. Jonathan also briefly served as an Instructor at New York University, School of Continuing Education in 1982 and started their career as a Programmer at Provident National Bank from 1977 to 1978.

Jonathan Klugman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Decision Sciences from The Wharton School, from 1973 to 1977. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance/Investments from The George Washington University School of Business, from 1996 to 1999.
