Nancy N. is a professional with extensive work experience in the fields of organizational development, training, and communications. Nancy most recently worked as the Head of Organizational Development and Training at National Cooperative Bank starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Communications Consultant on an independent basis since March 2022. Nancy also held positions such as Internal Communications Manager at Russell Reynolds Associates from June 2022 to May 2023, and Corporate Communications at FHLBanks Office of Finance from 2014 to 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as VP/Director of Communications at Cardinal Bank from 2010 to 2014, and VP/Director of Training from 2003 to 2010. Nancy began their professional journey as a Training Officer at First Virginia Banks, Inc in 1999.
Nancy N. attended the University of Pennsylvania where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Nancy later pursued a Master of Education degree at Marymount University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Nancy has also acquired certifications as a DiSC Communications Style Facilitator from Resources Unlimited and as a member of the Leadership Arlington Class of 2020 from the Leadership Center for Excellence.
