Renee Ledoux has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Renee started their career at Food and Water Watch as a Researcher in 2007. Renee then worked at Oikocredit as a Program Manager, managing investor accounts and implementing a digital investor database. After that, Renee joined Misión Bachajón as a Volunteer, delivering food and supplies to flood-affected villages and engaging in community outreach. Renee interned at Earthship Biotecture before joining Agora Partnerships as a Consultant, where they built relationships with investors and redesigned the Agora Mentor Network. In 2013, Renee worked as a Mayoral Fellow at the Initiative for Economic Innovation, conducting research and developing recommendations for economic development projects. Lastly, they joined National Cooperative Bank, where they held the roles of Relationship Manager, Assistant Vice President, and currently serves as the Vice President. In their current role, they manage a portfolio of mission loans and investments and supports deal flow within various industries.

Renee Ledoux obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston College in the years 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Global Environmental Policy at American University from 2012 to 2014. Concurrently during the same period, Ledoux also pursued a Master of Business Administration at American University's Kogod School of Business.
