Robert Barlow has over twenty years of experience in senior business development and relationship management roles. Robert has worked for various organizations such as National Cooperative Bank (NCB), PNC Bank, and Rizzo Associates, Inc. At NCB, they were responsible for relationship management and strategic business development, including launching and selling online platforms. Robert has also worked as a Vice President at OBA Bank and AVP Business Banking at PNC Bank. In the early years of their career, they served as a Project Scientist at Paul C. Rizzo Associates, Inc., overseeing large construction projects with responsibilities in permit applications, pre-construction review, and public outreach.
Robert Barlow attended Penn State University from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy.
