Rodney Donley has a diverse range of work experience in the finance industry. Rodney started their career as a Registered Representative at PFS Investments in 2002 and then moved on to become a District Manager and Platform Registered Representative at Fifth Third Bank from 2006 to 2009. After that, they worked at National Bank and Trust Company, where they held various roles including Credit Analyst II, AVP Market Manager, and Financial Consultant. In 2011, they became a Board Member at South Central Development Company, a non-profit organization providing secondary financing to small businesses. Finally, in 2015, Rodney joined National Cooperative Bank as the VP, Business Development Loan Officer, providing financing solutions to individuals and businesses in Southwest Ohio.

Rodney Donley obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Wilmington College of Ohio, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Prior to attending college, Rodney completed their high school education at Hillsboro High School.
