TJ Arrowsmith has a strong background in the financial sector, with over 30 years of experience. They most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Operational Risk Officer at National Cooperative Bank since October 2018. Prior to that, TJ held a senior leadership role at Capital One Multifamily Finance, where they were responsible for overseeing the servicing and investor reporting of a $28.5 billion loan portfolio. They also held a Vice President position at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company, and an Assistant Vice President position at AMI Capital, Inc.

TJ Arrowsmith earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Penn State University, completing their studies from 1986 to 1990.
