Jason Lasalle

Jason LaSalle, MBA, PMP, has a diverse work experience in business development, strategic engagement, project management, and sales. Jason is currently the Managing Director of Business Development at Compass Innovations. Previously, they served as the Managing Director of Business Development & Strategic Engagement at the National Coordination Center, where they developed new business and executed growth strategies in the healthcare consulting industry. Before that, Jason worked at Allscripts as a Client Program Director, overseeing sales, consulting, delivery, and managing a team of direct and indirect reports. Jason also held the position of Senior Project Manager at Allscripts, where they worked on large-scale implementation projects for hospitals. Prior to joining Allscripts, Jason worked at Cerner Corporation as an Engagement Leader, PMP, managing complex projects and providing technical expertise to clients. Jason began their career as a Commercial Satellite Uplink Consultant at Satellite Engineering Group and later worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Professional at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceuticals. Jason's experience spans various industries, including healthcare, technology, and pharmaceuticals, and they possess a strong skill set in leadership, relationship-building, strategic planning, and project management.

Jason LaSalle, MBA, PMP completed their education with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management and Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997. Additionally, Jason holds certifications such as the Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2021, and is an active Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
