Aimee Bartling

Aimee Bartling, M.S., currently serves as the Human Resources Director at National Cortina, a position held since October 2025. Aimee has extensive experience in human resources, having previously held the same director role at GenServe LLC from October 2022 to October 2025, where strategies were developed to align HR with organizational goals and support leadership through change initiatives. Aimee's earlier roles include Human Resources Director at Schreiber Foods International, overseeing HR functions on both coasts and formulating strategies aligned with corporate objectives, and various HR positions at Valley Health System, Century 21 Department Stores, and Peak AdComm, Inc. Aimee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Public Relations from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Saint Elizabeth University.
