Charles Ingoglia

Charles Ingoglia serves as the President and CEO of the National Council for Mental Wellbeing since June 2019. Ingoglia has held the position of Vice President at the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare since October 2007 and previously served as Vice President of Policy and Practice for the National Mental Health Association from April 1999 to April 2005. Additionally, Ingoglia worked at the US Department of Health and Human Services within the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration from July 1995 to October 1997. Ingoglia holds a BA and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from The Catholic University of America, completed between 1989 and 1993.
