Crystal Fulwood is an experienced mental health professional with a strong focus on promoting mental well-being in various sectors. Currently serving as a Mental Health First Aid National Train-the-Trainer and Mental Health First Aid At Work Instructor at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Crystal delivers workplace training for major Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Crystal holds roles with the International OCD Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors at Good Talk. As a Senior Well-being Consultant, Crystal founded a consulting company dedicated to enhancing experiences related to mental well-being and DEI. Previous positions include consulting with Blue Beyond Consulting, directing strategic programming for GirlTrek, and leading teams at Bloomingdale's. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Lehman College.
