Rachel Taube, MSW, is an experienced professional in mental health and program management, currently serving as Associate Director at the Missouri Institute of Mental Health since February 2010. In this role, Rachel collaborates on strategic planning and operational problem-solving and leads the development of internal systems for program improvement. As the Director for Mental Health First Aid Missouri, Rachel oversees statewide program operations, including strategic communications and team cultivation. Additionally, Rachel has served as a National Trainer for Mental Health First Aid with the National Council for Behavioral Health since December 2016, facilitating training courses nationwide.
