Rob Vallentine

National Trainer, Mental Health First Aid at National Council for Mental Wellbeing

Rob Vallentine serves as a Strategic Business Advisor at the National Network of Depression Centers since August 2023 and as a National Trainer for Mental Health First Aid at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing since October 2020. Previously, Rob held the position of Executive in Residence at Saginaw Valley State University from March 2020 to April 2023. A long tenure at Dow from August 1988 to December 2019 included roles such as President of The Dow Company Foundation, where Rob managed a $40 million annual charitable contributions program focused on education, sustainability, and community development, as well as positions in Public Affairs and Government Affairs across Australia and New Zealand, and Global Director for STEM Education. Rob holds an M.B.A. from Drake University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University.
