Douglas Herzbrun

Douglas Herzbrun serves as a faculty member for the NCREIF Academy since July 2020. Prior to this position, Douglas held a distinguished role at CBRE Global Investors from September 1979 to June 2020, serving as Chairman of Global Research and Head of Americas Research, overseeing the firm's global research initiatives. Douglas Herzbrun holds a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
