This includes the collection, validation, aggregation, and conversion of property-specific and fund accounting data contributed by members, ensuring it meets high-quality reporting standards. The team also focuses on implementing and enhancing data governance policies, maintaining confidentiality while providing transparent access to members, and developing industry benchmarks and performance measurement indices critical for investment analysis and research.
