Alan Hoogenboom

Alan H. possesses extensive experience in software engineering and application programming, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Application Programmer at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing since October 2019, Alan contributes to psychometric and content development services within the Examinations department.
