Emily Paulucci

Emily Paulucci is a seasoned professional in nursing and content development, currently serving as the Manager of Content Development for Examinations at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) since November 2019. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of RN Test Development Associate II and worked as a Content Developer at Pearson VUE from October 2016 to November 2019. Emily's extensive clinical experience includes over 14 years as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Registered Nurse at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago from February 2002 to August 2016. Emily Paulucci holds multiple degrees, including a Master's of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago, a Master's degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Western Michigan University, along with a Master's degree in Maternal/Child Health and Neonatal Nursing from the University of Illinois Chicago.
