Jason A. Schwartz

Jason A. Schwartz has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jason A. currently serves as the Director of Outreach at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) since January 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Test Development at NCSBN from October 2019 to January 2021.

In 2023, Jason will be an Instructor for "Presentations and Public Speaking" at the International Center for Regulatory Scholarship from January to August.

Before their time at NCSBN, Jason held various positions at Pearson VUE. Jason A. was the Vice President of Testing Services, managing the NCLEX programs, from January 2018 to November 2019. Jason A. also served as the Vice President of Global Publishing and Client Services from October 2016 to December 2017. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Testing Services from April 2012 to October 2016 and the Director of Content Development for NCLEX from January 2010 to April 2012.

Jason's earlier experience includes roles at Pacific Metrics as the Director of Publishing Systems from September 2007 to January 2010, and as the Director of Development from September 2002 to August 2007. Jason A. also worked at CTB McGraw Hill as a Development Supervisor from 1998 to 2002, and at the University of Oregon Hillel as a JCSC Fellow in 1996-1997.

Jason A. Schwartz completed an Executive Education program in Financial Analysis for Nonfinancial Managers at the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Oregon between 1993 and 1996. Additionally, Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1987 to 1991.
