Jim Cleghorn

Jim Cleghorn currently serves as the Director of Membership Engagement and Government Affairs at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), a position held since March 2022. Previously, Jim held the role of Director of Leadership Capacity Development and Member Engagement at NCSBN. Prior to this, from November 2020 to March 2022, Jim worked as the Director of Engagement Services at CGFNS International, Inc. Jim's earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Director of the Georgia Board of Nursing at the Georgia Secretary of State from August 2010 to November 2020, showcasing a strong background in nursing and membership engagement.
