Saule Trainys, MS, is an experienced Applications and Data Analyst and Senior User Experience (UX) Developer at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), where responsibilities include managing architecture and content management systems for various digital platforms, as well as overseeing development projects focused on information architecture, visual design, and user interface design. Prior experience includes roles as a Web Developer at The Tape Company and in contract web development, pursuing a Master of Data Analytics from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN)
The purpose of NCSBN is to provide an organization through which boards of nursing act and counsel together on matters of common interest and concern affecting the public health, safety and welfare, including the development of licensing examinations in nursing. NCSBN's programs and services include developing the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN examinations, performing policy analysis and promoting uniformity in relationship to the regulation of nursing practice, disseminating data related to the licensure of nurses, conducting research pertinent to NCSBN's purpose, and serving as a forum for information exchange for members.
