Donald Holland is a seasoned Qualified Mental Health Professional with extensive experience in crisis stabilization, community-based services, and therapeutic interventions. Currently serving at both the National Counseling Group and Centra Health Hospital since 2016, Donald conducts assessments, develops Individual Service Plans, and administers therapeutic services. Prior experience includes significant roles at Chrysalis Counseling Centers, where Donald supported day-to-day operations and staff training, as well as providing case management and compliance oversight. Donald's foundational work at ChildHelp, Inc. and in various correctional settings, including the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice, emphasizes a commitment to administrative management and therapeutic support in challenging environments. Donald holds a degree in Sociology/Criminology/Social Work from Hampton University and certification in Childhood Trauma from The National Child Traumatic Stress Network.
