Hakiem Rusheidat

Hakiem Rusheidat is a skilled DevOps Engineer currently employed at Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum (NCSC-NL) since April 2023, and previously contributed to ING Nederland from September 2000 to April 2023 in various roles related to card payments and electronic payment systems. At ING, responsibilities included software development, testing, and operational support for the BASE24-eps e-payment system and Java APIs, alongside managing the BASE24 cards payment application in a Scrum-Agile framework. Hakiem also performed impact analyses for changes related to ING's card payments and ATM systems, managed critical real-time applications on the HP Nonstop platform, and began as a trainee in the same area. Hakiem holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Management from NCOI University of Applied Sciences.
