Steven Reitsma

Steven Reitsma is an experienced Data and MLOps Engineer currently working freelance at Reitsma.io and serving as Lead Platform Engineer at Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum (NCSC-NL). With a strong background in platform engineering, Steven previously led the development of a privacy-focused data science platform at Politie Nederland and managed MLOps initiatives at BigData Republic. Additional roles include Data Engineer positions at SKF Group and ING, where expertise in cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines was developed. Steven holds a Master of Science in Computer Science/Data Science and a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence from Radboud University, complemented by an early internship at the European Space Agency.
