Sofia Schugar

Sofia Schugar is a professional cyclist currently racing for Monarch Racing since January 2023. In addition to their athletic pursuits, Sofia has been working as a marketing consultant since December 2021, where responsibilities include developing sales and marketing pipelines for a biotech company, hiring teams for marketing projects, and presenting campaign successes using data analytics. Sofia has also held positions as a fitness instructor at The Bay Club Company since May 2017 and previously worked as a marketing associate at Fresh Grease, where Sofia applied skills in various marketing strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a behavioral therapist and coordinating events and social media for the UC San Diego Triathlon Team. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from UC San Diego.
