Previously, Karel held various senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Equipment Solutions at National DCP, Board Member at Taco John's International, and SVP at ARCOP, Inc., where significant achievements included overseeing sourcing initiatives for Arby’s and participating in the transition to a new beverage system. Karel's expansive experience encompasses leadership in strategic sourcing, distribution, and capital equipment purchasing across major restaurant brands, complemented by educational credentials in finance from the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida.
