Les Karel is an accomplished executive in supply chain management and strategic sourcing, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Restaurant Solutions at National DCP, LLC since December 2020, supporting over 10,000 Dunkin' locations. Previously, Karel held various senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Equipment Solutions at National DCP, Board Member at Taco John's International, and SVP at ARCOP, Inc., where significant achievements included overseeing sourcing initiatives for Arby’s and participating in the transition to a new beverage system. Karel's expansive experience encompasses leadership in strategic sourcing, distribution, and capital equipment purchasing across major restaurant brands, complemented by educational credentials in finance from the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida.
