Director Of Institutional Research, Planning And Assessment at National Defense University

BJ Miller has a diverse work experience in the field of institutional research and planning. BJ started their career in 1993 as an Assistant Director of Institutional Research at St. Mary's College of Maryland. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at James Madison University's Center for Assessment and Research Studies. In 2007, they joined Eastern Mennonite University as the Director of Institutional Research & Effectiveness, where they stayed until 2016. Currently, they are the Director of Institutional Research, Planning and Assessment at the National Defense University.

BJ Miller has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Virginia Tech, which they obtained from 1980 to 1984. BJ later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from James Madison University from 2002 to 2004. Finally, BJ Miller completed their education with a PhD in Assessment and Measurement from James Madison University, graduating between 2004 and 2007.
