Courtland Sikazwe

Courtland Sikazwe is a seasoned finance and administration professional, currently serving as the Finance & Administration Director and Senior Regional Subgrants Administrator at the National Democratic Institute since October 2015. In this role, Courtland leads the sub-grant program, managing relationships and compliance training for numerous non-government organizations in Zambia. Previous experience includes positions as an Analyst at The Abraaj Group and Aureos Capital, where responsibilities encompassed ESG monitoring, financial due diligence, and investment analysis. Courtland also held the position of Finance & Admin Manager at Jhpiego Zambia, overseeing finance and administrative operations from budgeting to HR management. Educational qualifications include an ACCA from the Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies and an Adv GNVQ in Business from Wigston College of Further Education.
