Vahagn Avagyan

Vahagn Avagyan possesses extensive experience in finance and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Finance and Operations Manager at the National Democratic Institute (NDI) since December 2018, after advancing through roles as Finance and Operations Manager and Finance Officer. Prior to NDI, Vahagn contributed to the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights as a Budget/Finance Assistant and held various finance positions at the OSCE Office in Yerevan and other organizations. Vahagn's educational background includes an MBA in Economics from Yerevan State University and a Certified Bookkeeper degree, along with ongoing studies in Project Management at the American University of Armenia.
