Michael McNally

Michael McNally has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. MICHAEL currently serves as the VP of North America Operations at National Dentex, LLC since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Operations & Engineering at Hoya Vision Care from October 2019 to October 2021.

From November 2018 to October 2019, Michael held the position of VP of Ramsey Ops & NA Engineering at VISION EASE. MICHAEL also worked as the Director of U.S. Operations and Global Engineering, and as the Automation Engineer Manager at VISION EASE from April 2014 to October 2019.

Before their roles in the corporate sector, Michael served in the US Army. MICHAEL was the Division Chief of Information Superiority Knowledge Management at the United States European Command (EUCOM) from August 2010 to January 2014. MICHAEL also served as an Executive Officer and Commander at different units within the army between 1999 and 2009.

Michael McNally attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Later, from 2000 to 2008, they studied at Webster University and earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and Management.
