Alan Stubbs, EDFP, possesses extensive experience in portfolio management and financing within the development sector. Currently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager at the National Development Council since June 2011, Alan has previously held the position of Loan Officer at the Portland Development Commission from 1999 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Alan worked as a Collections/Foreclosure specialist at Wilshire Credit Corporation from 1998 to 1999, showcasing a well-rounded background in financial operations.
