Eleanora Rocker is an accomplished professional with a robust background in human resources, accounting, and compliance. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager, Accounting and Compliance Manager, and Senior Accountant and Compliance Officer at Grow America (formerly NDC) since September 2017, Eleanora has effectively managed various financial and HR functions. Prior experience includes a tenure at CohnReznick LLP, where Eleanora specialized as a Senior Audit Associate in the Not-for-Profit industry, complemented by work as an Experienced Audit Associate focusing on affordable housing. Eleanora's foundational experience at Loyola University Maryland involved roles as an Office Assistant in Technology Services and Resident Assistant. Eleanora holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland and completed education at CIFF in 2010.
