Michelle Guarino

Michelle Guarino has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at National Development since February 2016, with a career progression that includes roles as Human Resources Manager, Generalist, and Assistant. Prior to National Development, Michelle worked at Cranshaw Construction as a Project Coordinator and held various graduate intern positions at Framingham State University and Meadowridge Academy. An educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. Michelle's diverse experience in both administrative and support roles further enhances a strong foundation in human resources and social work.
