Michelle Bornhoft

Michelle Bornhoft is a seasoned professional in the nonprofit sector with a focus on disability services and employment support. Currently serving as Business Manager and previously as Program Manager and Project Coordinator for the American Dream Employment Network at the National Disability Institute since June 2020, Michelle provides critical support and technical assistance within the Ticket to Work program. Prior experience includes roles as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at WorkSource Enterprises, Tasting Room Associate at White Hall Vineyards, and various positions at L'Arche Greater Washington, DC, and L'Arche Mobile, demonstrating a commitment to serving individuals with disabilities. Michelle holds a BA in Nonprofit Leadership Studies and Theology/Religious Studies from Rockhurst University.
