Nancy Boutot

Nancy Boutot is an experienced professional in the field of disability services and employment, currently serving as Manager of Financial Empowerment and Manager of Cross Systems Integration at the National Disability Institute since January 2015. With a strong background in technical assistance, financial empowerment, customized employment, and public benefits counseling, Nancy has dedicated over a decade to enhancing economic advancement and service integration for individuals with disabilities. Previously, Nancy held the role of Regional Employment Coordinator at the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, where responsibilities included public speaking, community outreach, and Medicaid infrastructure grant coordination. Additionally, Nancy has led as the Immediate Past President of the Association of People Supporting EmploymentFirst and served as CEO of Boutot Consulting. Education includes a Master of Science in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northeastern University.
