Richard Colman possesses extensive experience in various roles within the sports and disability sectors. Currently serving as a Branch Administration Officer at the National Disability Insurance Agency since May 2017, Richard also contributes as a Committee Member on the City of Greater Geelong Disability Advisory Committee. Richard's involvement as an Ambassador for School Sport Victoria, Spina Bifida Foundation Victoria, and Barwon Sports Academy highlights a commitment to advocacy and support for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, Richard founded Colman Sports Services pty ltd, providing motivational speaking and elite coaching. Previous roles include presenting for National Disability Services and active participation in the Victorian Institute of Sport as a supported athlete. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and several certificates related to sport and recreation from Gordon Institute of TAFE.
