Ilya Shustin

Ilya Shustin has extensive experience in software quality assurance with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Ilya has held various management roles in companies such as NDC, Inc., OnTrac, Thomson Reuters, IBM, StoreAdvise, QAiAM, Tyco Integrated Security, Viacom/MTV Networks, TIAA-CREF, and Fine Point Technologies. Throughout their career, Ilya has led teams of QA engineers, developed and maintained quality system policies, implemented automation frameworks, and ensured high-quality products were delivered to clients. Ilya has also overseen functional, performance, and automation testing activities, managed release processes, and collaborated with product management teams.

Ilya Shustin received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University, which they attended from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1996, they studied Information Technology and Accounting at Long Island University. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as Licensed Scrum Master and Licensed Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Inc., and completed the Cybersecurity Awareness: Social Engineering course from LinkedIn in 2019.
