Brenda Gonzalez possesses extensive experience in advocacy and customer service within the social work field. Currently serving as a Bilingual Digital Advocate at the National Domestic Violence Hotline since January 2019, Brenda has previously held roles at DentaQuest as a Customer Service Outreach Specialist and Bilingual Customer Service Representative from February 2014 to January 2019. Brenda's early career includes work as a Bilingual Navigation Specialist at the United Way for Greater Austin and as a Volunteer/Intern Case Manager at SafePlace. Educationally, Brenda earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from St. Edward's University.
